A great blend of whole aromatic spices to be used in Breyani. These include a variation of spices: coriander seeds, cassia, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, cardamom, star aniseed, bay leaves and cloves. Use in conjunction with Rookie Ma’s Masala and Durban’s Best Breyani Blend.
